The Bhakti Toolbox: Kirtan 101

A four-week series ~ Thursday evenings starting August 22

“Life without kirtan is like a garden without flowers.”

                   ~Swami Sivananda

Join us for another round of the Bhakti Toolbox series: Kirtan 101. Kirtan is the “Heartbeat of Bhakti Yoga” and the jewel of spiritual practice because of its joyful and uplifting nature. It's also our favorite form of Bhakti Yoga!

In Kirtan 101, we will come together in satsang for an investigation of this beautiful Bhakti practice through discussion, musical instruction and of course, lots of kirtan! Each participant will be guided toward developing the skills necessary to lead a simple kirtan of their own. ***No musical skill or experience is necessary. Kirtan is something we can all do!

This series is ideal for:

*Those wishing to deepen their understanding of Bhakti yoga
*Anyone wanting to lead kirtan
*Those looking to ignite their own personal mantra practice.
*Anyone who loves to sing!

“Rob and Melissa's sweet Bhakti Toolbox is unbelievable! They are natural teachers, and they make these devotional teachings and practices so accessible. Their passion glows...and it’s infectious. Rob's storytelling captures your attention and Melissa's voice melts your heart. Holding sacred space isn't always easy, but Rob and Melissa do it with grace.”
