Honoring the Divine Feminine - A Gathering of Goddesses

I am so excited to share this brand-new offering at a very special time. We have the beautiful confluence of devotional space, sacred land of the Salish people, clear intention, and a very auspicious time of year - Navratri - a celebration of the Goddess in her many forms. We will honor the past in its deep wisdom, weave in the true and beautiful heart songs of the present, while laying ground for a more authentic way of being in the world going forward.

We will dive into sacred practices of ceremony, ritual, song, dance, Satsang, and expression while focusing on three extraordinary forms of SHAKTI (divine feminine energy) - Durga, Lakshmi, and Saraswati.
Although this is only the beginning of what the Goddess can remind us of, here’s a glimpse into what we’ll be invoking over the weekend.

  • Durga encourages us to embrace our strength, courage and compassion
  • Lakshmi encourages us to embrace our gratitude, beauty and abundance
  • Saraswati encourages us to embrace our creativity, wisdom and knowledge

We will gather at the Bhakti Heart Center on San Juan Island, WA. right in the middle of Navratri. “Nava” - meaning “nine” and “ratri” - meaning “nights.” The 9 nights of the Goddess. Our dates fall on days 5, 6, and 7.

A glimpse into our weekend together...

  • Yoga Practices to honor each Goddess including asana, meditation, mantra, and ritual
  • Ancestral Healing
  • Satsang and Storytelling
  • 6 delicious, organic, lovingly prepared vegetarian meals
  • Space, silence, rest, and restoration with this healing land
  • Kirtan and creative expression honoring the Divine Feminine
