This album is an offering of Love, in the names of Sita and Ram. It is our hope that this music will bring the listener a sense of balance and oneness, and perhaps afford a glimpse of the Divine Love that Ram and Sita have for each other in our everyday lives.

The Story

Sita and Ram represent the perfect Union of the Divine, the ideal balance of Shiva and Shakti, God and Goddess, Masculine and Feminine. Together, Sita and Ram journey through all the trials and tribulations of life and no matter what uncertainty they encounter, there is one thing that never wavers, their devotion to each other. 

Ram and Sita share a complete and perfect Love, one that is pure, one that never dies, one that is eternal and timeless. It is Prema, Love for the Divine, beyond what we can experience on the purely physical level.   

Early titles of the album were “Gift of Love,” and “Give Love,” and “All Love,” but none of them seemed to stick. We knew we wanted it to be about Love, but without sounding cheesy or generic. We took a look at the song names, and that’s when “The Story of Sita and Ram,” jumped out. There isn’t any Love Story in the world quite like Sita and Ram! 

This album is an offering of Love, in the names of Sita and Ram. It is our hope that this music will bring the listener a sense of balance and oneness, and perhaps afford a glimpse of the Divine Love that Ram and Sita have for each other in our everyday lives.
