***Kirtan with Rob and Melissa (1-2 hours)

Lift your voice and your spirits with this joy-filled celebration of the divine. Rob and Melissa combine ancient Sanskrit mantra, uplifting songs and storytelling to create an accessible and inspiring atmosphere where even the most inexperienced singers feel free to let it all out.

***Slow Flow with Live Music/Kirtan (1.5 hour class)

Rob and Melissa come together to create a unique and blissful restorative yoga experience: a relaxing, meditative asana practice blended with live music and kirtan. This class is guaranteed to open up your heart and your voice...it doesn’t matter if you’re a singer or not, just come and bask in the bhakti!

***Bhakti Immersion (2-3 hour workshop)

This workshop combines meditation, asana, live music and kirtan to reveal the deeper meaning and relevance of Bhakti Yoga, commonly called the Yoga of Devotion, or the Way of Love. We explore the different modes of Bhakti Yoga, including various forms of devotion, through the traditional methods of satsang, storytelling, mythology and mantra. In addition, we discuss practical examples of how to incorporate these methods into your own personal practice.

"There are three well-known paths leading to liberation:

The Yoga of Action (Karma Yoga), The Yoga of Knowledge (Jnana Yoga) and The Yoga of Devotion (Bhakti Yoga).”

-The Devi Gita, Chapter 7, Verse 2

***The Great Lovers of Yoga (2 hour workshop)

Melissa leads a delicious, heart-opening asana practice, set to live music from Rob and his guitar. Along the way, Rob shares stories of the great lovers of yoga: Govindas and Rahda, Sita and Ram, Parvati and Shiva, culminating in a kirtan (devotional chanting) where you will learn the ancient mantras that celebrate the names of these lovers. Love, devotion and passion have always been an important part of a true yogic path, and this workshop is designed to ignite your spirit.

***Vinyasa Flow with Live Music (1.5 hour class)

A vigorous and uplifting practice for more advanced practitioners, in which Rob and Melissa encourage the use of mantras and music as a way to connect the body to the breath. Not only does it provide a deeper connection to the breath, it is a wonderful way to get the thinking mind out of the way, leading to a more relaxing and fulfilling yoga practice.

***Live music for yoga class (your class)
